L.L. Packer : Gold mining in the Boise Basin

First item is a typescript history (15 l. : ports. ; 29 x 23 cm.) of the L.L. Packer gold mining operation in the Boise Basin for the period of 1924-1958. Includes assay and placer location information, excerpts from various documents, and copies of photographs showing various mining operations and of Louie Leroy and Ruth Ellen Packer (1958). Prepared by a daughter of the Packers, in 1996. The second item is also a typescript history (unpaged: ports ; 29 x 23 cm.) entitled: "L.L. Packer: Gold Miner's Daughters, The Education of, 1930-1943." It was prepared by a daughter of the Packers in 2006.
