Biography
Fred W. Thompson was born February 22, 1890 to James F. Thompson and Adelaine Beasen in Guthrie, Oklahoma. After serving in the 116th Engineers in World War I, Thompson married Bessie Edith Bailey in Boise, Idaho. Thompson farmed in Idaho for 39 years before dying in a Boise hospital July 29, 1948.
