Biographical Note
Frank Martin was born January 1, 1864. He attended the University of Michigan law school in 1892 and was the Idaho Attorney General from 1900 to 1902. He was Chairman of the Boise City draft board and served two terms as president of the Idaho State Bar Association. He was the senior member of the Martin and Martin law firm, which he ran with his sons Frank Jr., and Homer E. He died on May 22, 1943 at age 79.
