Anne (Mrs. John T.) Hawkes papers
Summary
This collection acts as a time capsule capturing different topics and events from around the world juxtaposed to what was happening in Idaho. The majority of this collection consists of scrapbooks that cover a wide range of subjects from costume and fashion to dolls, and travel. In addition to the scrapbooks, there are two small boxes which contain Anne Hawkes's collection of cigarette cards, two small boxes of postcards, and Hollywood memorabilia. Collection also includes Anne's husband's correspondence with his parents while living in Kalispell, Montana prior to moving to Boise, Idaho in the early 1900s.
