Biographical Note

Leslie N. "Mick" Gwartney grew up in Nebraska and several other western states. In 1917, he married and moved to Lemhi County, Idaho. He was a representative in the Idaho State Legislature from 1947-1951, and served as mayor of Salmon, Idaho from 1957-1959. For further information, see, L. N.
