Marshall C. Edson collection
Summary
The nucleus of this collection consists of records of the Idaho Wildlife Federation including articles of incorporation, minutes, reports, and resolutions covering the years 1936-1966. There are some publications from other organizations such as the Idaho Wildlife Congress and the Idaho Sportsmen's Coalition. The collection also contains three reports of hunting trips in Chamberlain Basin and the Big Horn Crags. These trips were taken in 1947, 1954 and 1955, and are illustrated with photographs.

Biographical Note
This material was collected by Marshall C. Edson (1911-1997). Edson was employed by the Idaho Fish and Game Department and the Idaho Water Resouces Board. He was a member of many wildlife organizations, including Idaho Wildlife Federation, Ducks Unlimited, Ada County Fish and Game League, and the Poacher's Club.
