Summary

This collection consists of one copy of a booklet, "How to Know the Trees of the Intermountain Region" published by the U.S. Forest Service, Region 4, Department of Agriculture, Ogden, Utah. Notes of a trip taken by A.A. Hart to Deer Park Guard Station are handwritten on blank pages at the beginning and end of the booklet. Written at the beginning of the booklet is: "Trip to Deer Park Guard Station, Boise National Forest, June 26, 27 and 28, 1953" followed by a list of birds, mammals and trees that were observed at the station. Notes on conservation and soil are written at the end of the booklet.
