Biographical / Historical
Born in Nebraska, in 1908, Berwyn Burke was the editor of the Hailey Times from 1948-1968. The newspaper was located in the old Anderson Bakery, which he converted with the help of his wife, Dorothy, and four sons, Max, Jim, Bill, and Larry. Burke died in Hailey in 1971.
