Content Description
This collection contains 112 black and white photographic negative copies of images related to the United States Bureau of Reclamation's Minidoka Project Office in Burley, Idaho. The bulk of this collection documents the relocation and demolition of homes and business in American Falls, Idaho to facilitate the construction of the American Falls Dam, which inundated the original town site in 1927. This collection also contains images of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, Rupert, Idaho, and the Minidoka and Milner Dams along the Snake River.
