Content Description
This collection contains 85 black and white photographic prints of photographs that were transferred from the Idaho State Museum to the Idaho State Archives. Subjects include towns in Oregon along the Columbia River, members of the Shoshone-Bannock tribe, and the Sun Valley ski resort. Of particular interest is a series of images captured by Boise photographer Duane Garrett at the opening reception of the new wing at the Idaho State Museum in 1983. Many of the images in this collection originated from cultural institutions in Utah and Oregon.
