Biographical / Historical

Dr. Franklin H Hostetler (1874-1956) was a veterinarian in Nampa from 1905 until his death. He was also a city councilman. He married Haddassah Yoder Hostetler in 1898, and they had five children together. Vertie Drucilla Hostetler Bailey (1899-2001), Leo Franklin Hostetler (1902-1989), Orval Herbert Hostetler (1903-1936), Anna Velma Hostetler (1905-1925), and Adelia Lillian Hostetler Roth (1908-2002). Leo had his own refrigeration business, Hostetler Refrigeration.
