Photo prints from the Luoma family. John and Lena Luoma immigrated to the United States from Finland. They met in Butte, Montana where they had their first child, Impie. In 1905 they settled in Enaville, Idaho where they had three children, Jalmar, Emil and Sigrid. The family farmed and logged in the Enaville area.

Transcribed notes by Luther Perry Wilmot (1839-1923), U.S. Army scout and lieutenant in the Idaho Volunteers during the Nez Perce War. Topics include the Raines tragedy and Battle of the Clearwater, 1877. Also in the collection is a reproduction of a plaque commemorating the Chief Joseph band of Nez Perce, and instructions for its erection.

Edwards was a member of the Governor's Lewis and Clark Trail Committee and this portion of the collection includes correspondence, minutes and reports related to that committee, 1993-1999.
