This collection contains 15 black and white photographic prints relating to the Hawley family of Boise, Idaho. The bulk of the images in this collection were captured during a hunting trip that Jess B. Hawley and James H. Hawley Jr. took with Will Regan and Fritz Hummel. The other images in this collection show snapshots of the Hawley children in the 1920s.

This collection contains 16 black and white photographic prints related to "back to school" events in Boise, Idaho. Four images show a "Welcome Teachers" picnic at Julia Davis Park organized by the Boise Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. The remaining 12 images show children in a "Back to School" parade through downtown Boise, Idaho.

This collection contains six black and white photographic prints relating to the Shaw family of Meridian, Idaho. Most of the images show members of the Shaw family, including Ruth Anne Shaw, Lois Shaw, and Bertha Shaw. Of particular interest is a class photo of the Amity School in Meridian, Idaho showing the class of 1922-1923.
