Arrangement

The records are arranged by voucher number, just as Monogram Dairy organized them. Each folder contains the original voucher envelope, with the envelope's contents. There are 105 separate vouchers, beginning with number 62 and ending with number 249, with many missing numbers in between.

The business records include: court documents regarding a wage dispute; a government contract with the U.S. Department of Reclamation for the supply of dairy products; financing and bill collection correspondence; invoices for horse shoeing, veterinarian bills for cattle and horses, and repair invoices for delivery vehicles; invoices for fire insurance; and customer records.
