.0097 Bud Johnson, 1964 The elk was taken by Bud Johnson of Coeur d'alene in Sept., 1962 in Graham Mtn. area of Cd'A Nat. Forest, east of Cd'A. Bud bugled the elk to within 35 yards of him. The elk was felled with one arrow. Bud was using a 58 lb. bow. The elk walked about 30 yds after being struck when it fell. The animal dressed out 515 lbs of meat at the locker.
