These negatives were used in production of picture postcards up to the time that lithographed colored cards came in. Dated from early 1900s to late 1920s. Scope and Contents The papers of Daniel W. Applegate were donated to the Idaho State Historical Society by his daughter, Susan Applegate, in November 2003. Dylan McDonald processed the collection in November 2003.Spanning from 1929 to 1995, the bulk of the Applegate collection runs between 1934 and 1959.
