Collection consists of a variety of materials dealing agricultural compensation in Idaho. Included are 3 x 5 in. color photoprints of civic leaders, copies of newspaper articles, correspondence, and a copy of the brocure pertaining to "Raices Historicas" a traveling exhibit pertaining to the contributions of Mexican Americans in Idaho.

Correspondence, miscellanoues publications, drafts, and notes assembled by Mercier for a three volume publication entitled Idaho's Ethnic Heritiage.

Correspondence, reports, speeches, notes, and other papers regarding McVety's investigation of labor problems involving the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) in North Idaho (1917) and his investigation of complaints concerning the use of Mexican labor in central and eastern Idaho (1918).
