Various business records belonging to Poulson, including: records for the Clark and Fanning Co., Idaho Falls, of which Poulson was vice-president; general merchandise; an 1885 pocket diary from Eagle Rock, Idaho; and a pocket diary with financial information of the Bonneville County Taxpayers League.

Collection contains stock and bond certificates issued by Idaho telephone companies. There are fifteen original certificates and color photocopies of three certificates. The collection also includes one copy of "A Brief History of Companies Providing Telephone Service in Idaho" (9 l.) compiled by Herbert Hackenburg.
