Background

Photo album belonged to Frank W. Lownsbury (1877-1931), who was a civil engineer with various railroad companies. From 1904-1908 Frank helped survey the Camas Prairie Railroad. He also worked for the the Bureau of Highways in Idaho in 1920-21.
