Content Description Robert (Bob) H. Lebow (1940-2003), MD, MPH, was a graduate of Harvard college and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. had extensive experience working on the development of health systems and preventive programs in over 20 developing countries. Bob LeBow was recruited in 1972 by Terry Reilly to oversee the Nampa healthcare clinic, and acted as the Medical Director for over 30 years.
