The papers of Daniel W. Applegate were donated to the Idaho State Historical Society by his daughter, Susan Applegate, in November 2003. Summary
Collection consists of one bound typescript report prepared for August George Liebmann by Walter Hovey Hill, civil enginer, with a supporting letter by A.J. Wiley, consulting hydraulic engineer. The Salmon-Snake River power project as proposed by Mr. Liebmann would construct a dam on the Salmon River and divert water through a tunnel to the Snake River for the production of hydropower.
